Cancellation and Refund Policy for Helicopter Services
At Serb Aviation, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. However, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your helicopter service booking. Below is our cancellation and refund policy to help you understand the process.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations Made 7 Days Before Departure:
- If you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date, you will be eligible for a 40% refund of the total ticket price.
- Cancellations Made Between 3 to 6 Days Before Departure:
- Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the scheduled departure date will be eligible for a 10% refund of the total ticket price.
- Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of Departure:
- No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time will be provided.
No-Show Policy:
- If a passenger fails to arrive at the helipad or boarding point on time and misses the flight, no refund will be provided.
Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling Requests:
- Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before the scheduled departure date will incur a fee of 15% of the ticket price.
- Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the scheduled departure will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to the above cancellation policy.
- Rescheduling Due to Operational Reasons:
- In case of rescheduling or cancellation by Serb Aviation due to operational reasons such as weather conditions, technical issues, or government restrictions, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Refund Process:
- Refund Timeline:
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days from the date of cancellation, subject to the terms mentioned above.
- Refund Mode:
- Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
Terms and Conditions:
- Serb Aviation Private Limited reserves the right to cancel or reschedule flights due to operational reasons such as weather conditions, technical issues, or government restrictions. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
- Different cancellation and refund policies may apply to group bookings or charter services, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Refunds will be calculated based on the net amount paid after deducting any applicable taxes, convenience fees, or other charges.
- All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing or through our official customer service channels.
- The decision of Serb Aviation Pvt Ltd regarding cancellations and refunds will be final and binding.
