Description
Weather Dependent: All flights operate strictly under weather clearances (based on METAR & TAF reports). Delays, rescheduling, or cancellations may occur.
Rescheduling & Refunds: If flights are cancelled due to weather or operational issues, we will either reschedule or issue a refund to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.
Medical Declaration Required: Passengers with heart or respiratory conditions must provide a doctor’s fitness certificate at check-in. All medical conditions must be declared in advance.
Weight Limit: Max passenger weight is 75 kg. ₹2,000 to 2500 per kg will be charged for every kg beyond the limit.
ID & Boarding Time: Carry a valid photo ID. Report at the helipad 1 hour before your slot. Late arrivals may lose their seat.
Luggage: Only 1 small handbag (max 5 kg) allowed. No heavy luggage or prohibited items permitted.
Force Majeure: No liability for delays or cancellations due to weather, technical issues, or natural events (Act of God).
Behaviour & Safety: Follow all crew instructions. Misconduct or intoxication may lead to denial of boarding without refund.
